A growing Pharma company is seeking a Product Manager for their Morris County, NJ location. 10% travel. Base salary up to 100K plus bonus and excellent benefits.
Seeking dynamic individual able to combine his / her pharmaceutical product management and digital marketing experience. The Product Manager Marketing establishes, maintains and expands relationships with strategically important KOLs, Sales Management, and Executive team members.
Product Manager Marketing represents the company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.
This individual will have an expert level understanding of products and its competitive landscape by creating, updating, and delivering training resources for sales professionals. Serves as the resident product expert.
• Product Lifecycle Planning
• Non-promotional and Promotional Materials
• POA and NSM Planning
• Agency point person and MLRC lead
• Convention Management
• KOL Management and Development
• Medical Education Initiatives
• Digital initiatives
Requirements:
• BA or BS required. MBA or advanced degree preferred
• At least 3 -5 years of progressive marketing experience in the medical device, surgical or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in video creation and web design and production id required
• Must have a solid scientific background
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of regulation of FDA and PhRMA guidelines
